For the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics, Apple released a collection of limited-edition woven nylon Apple Watch bands which depicted the flags/colours of 14 countries competing in the 2016 Olympics.

These bands were only available during the duration of the Olympic Games, and were available at only one retail location: Apple VillageMall in Rio de Janeiro - Apple’s sole retail presence in Brazil at the time. The retail price per band was listed at R$329 (Approximately $100 USD at the time).

Nearly four years later, the bands make an occasional presence on third-party sites where they fetch a hefty premium owing to their limited run and high exclusivity.
